I can't start up my minehut server

Hey guys, I have a promlem for a long time concening my mineu server!!

I thought at the beginning the server was hacked so I decided till the hackers will be gone. But I discovered something weird in logs. If someone can help me out by scanning the log and find a solution to my problem. The main problem is that every time I start up the server it goes automatically offline. And it doesn't go online again if I dont hibernate it. The logs are in the file below.

I have no idea about logs, whatever was in the logs is there, based on the logs I sent, you provide me a solution because in the questions you may ask, I will be uncapable of answering.

Servers go offline automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity to save resources, there seems to be nothing wrong in these logs

Hi. When looking through the logs. There only seems to be one error, which is with the BetterSleeping3 plugin. Could you try deleting the plugin and then restart your server. Tell me if this fixes it.

No but I will send you a screenshot to show you what is happening. I can't understand though what "warn" in the logs mean. It says something about hackers and bangeecord. Is that the problem? After I start up the server it goes automatically offline, I don't have time to join.

The above is a normal expected message, you can ignore it, it's a setting you can't change and is required to be in this state for your server to work
