if this is what you mean,

 

on death:
    set max health of player to 20
    add <HEALTH THE KILLER GETS> to max health of attacker
# change ^ to the amount of health you want the killer to get, 2 heath is equal to 1 heart therefor 6 health would be 3 hearts
