Pex Help Needed / PEX Possible Broken

So I Am Currently finishing the perms for my server with pex (permission.yml) 

I'm pretty sure i have done the coding and perm nodes correctly but when i start it up, it says an internal error occurred, if anyone is good with PEX and perm.nodes mind helping me out,

Do /pl and that will show all the plugins you have and the red ones wont work so you'll probably have to delete that or delete another plugin thats blocking pex to work. keep in mind that you can always change to group manager instead even if you dont know how to use it as there is lots of tutorials on websites and YouTube.
