Minehut server not working.

Hello, i've been experiencing problems with my minehut server. As i've paid for credits on my server (cobbox.minehut.gg), everything went black out. The server went offline and when i tried to join it (when i started it, i started getting errors. There is a 35 player cap on my server, then it went to 10 players (which i think it's the free version for it) so we can't have our players to join the server, and we just basically can't do anything. Please someone help.
