I cannot connect to my server

I cannot connect to my server, every time I try to join the server I log in for a couple of seconds and immediately get kicked.
I have tried to repair the files on my server as well as force stop a couple of times, however, neither of them worked.
Whenever I get kicked from the server it sends me an error message that reads "The server you were previously on went down and you have been connected to a fallback server" or "Couldn't connect to a default or fallback server, please try again later: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException"

This usually means the server isn't fully online yet, wait a bit before joining the server when you start it up.

Just tried to log on while the server was fully online and operational, unfortunately still to the same effect. I log onto the server successfully but then get kicked almost immediately

If you are using 1.14.2 remove protocol support, and nametag edit plugins

I removed the plugin protocollib and all plugins that were related to it and my server started working again.

When I click on my server it just says unable to connect to server ever single time. What should I do?
