I cant find an ocean monument

on my minehut server I cannot find an ocean monument. Can someone please tell me if I need to enable or disable something. Cause I got an ocean monument map from the cartografer and followed it to the exact location

You don't need to enable or disable the spawning of Ocean Monuments, they should spawn automatically around your world! Keep in mind, they are very rare and difficult to find.
