Need Help downloading a world

I need to download a world so i can bring it to single player when i try to use /dl or /download it just says "unknown command. Type "/help" for help." The video on the minehut channel on how to do this says its outdated and I tried installed using the multiverse pluggin but that idk how to use that for this situation

Those commands have been removed. To download a world now, just right click the world folder in the file manager and then press download. It will then start downloading to your computer.
