Random crashes on my server

Random crashes keep occurring randomly not when a certain command is executed. This is stopping me from being able to get other players to join the server. It is also stopping me from wanting to buy a plan in the near future. The disconnect message also doesn't have any guidance of what I should do.

It could be a plugin, but when the server crashes it's at random when certain ones don't have any influence. Is there any staff that might have knowledge of what's happening?

This is the error given, it happens out of nowhere and logs don't show any errors that signify why it's happening

When your server gets overloaded it can do that, so it needs more ram to work with
