Worlds problem

What should i do? I can't even download these files, i don't want to lose all my year work.

My server is working now but i can go only to 3 worlds out of 10 (Nether, end, normal world, i type /world ul_Novaden and it just doesn't work i don't know even why)

Also when i change it back to 1.16.5 i can't even start it. (Even when used Repair files button)

/worlds has been removed as part of the custom plugins + file manager update, you can install Multiverse to travel between worlds, the plugin limit was also removed so that shouldn't be a problem
