Alright, I started a custom 1.17.1 cave-only world that I uploaded from my computer. When I try light a nether portal in the overworld, it doesn't light, there is just a fire sitting on the obsidian, no purple stuff. I went onto the forums and got Multiverse plugin, where I checked that there was indeed a nether world, and I even teleported into it. If I create a portal in the nether, it lights, purple texture comes up, and I can head back over to the overworld, but I can't light a portal in the overworld to go to the nether. How do I fix this?
