Crates Plus plugin help

I have installed the crates plus plugin and everything was working for a few days until today all plugin content was deleted. I made new crates and tried to edit them using "/crate settings" command but when i clicked on "Edit Crate Winnings" it says "this feature is currently disabled". Does anybody know why?

CratesPlus is starting to get a little bit outdated, and so i'd recommend you use Crazy Crates or another alternative.

You should probably should've posted that Here

Also, be sure to look in the config files. I'm sure there's an option to enable it. If not, you could edit the winnings inside the config file
