my friends server isnt starting up and minehut support wont do anything about it

my friends server isnt starting up, he and some of our staff members have tried contacting minehut support to no avail they either do nothing or the minehut support form doesnt even load up to contact them, our server is dying and would please like some help with the server, Lifeboxx is the name of the server, help please!

Hey guys! If you contact support and you don't hear anything from us please be sure you are checking your email! I assure you we respond to every ticket and try to help in any way we can!  You guys might be hitting max server size, which we can help with!
