Server keeps going offline right after I start it

My server keeps turning offline instantly after we start it. It started when we changed the server type to spigot and updated to 1.17.1 and when we started it it instantly went offline. We tried changing it back but it didn’t work. Nothing was changed I and the tickspeed was vanilla. Any suggestions?
