Why does this not work? || Skript

So I have this:

on mine of oak leaves:
    if player doesn't have permission "mine.bypass":
        cancel drops
        wait 1 seconds
        set event-block's location to oak leaves

 

but when you mine the oak leaves, nothing happens?

Hmm try on break of ... I'm not sure why it should make a difference but give it a shot.

Could be that on mine only refers to the action mining and not actually the breaking of blocks
