Server wont go online

[PleaseHelpBee]

I tried to open my server and it wouldn't go online. It can get out of the hibernation state and to offline, but as soon as I tried to get it online it would say "Starting" and then after a few moments would go offline again. I've tried using the repair files thing and nothing happened. Is the server glitched or would I need to restart it?

Can you send your logs?

After the server goes back to offline, use the following to obtain logs:

-> Navigate to File Manager tab.
-> Go to /logs folder.
-> Scroll down to the end.
-> Open latest.log.
-> Copy-paste the contents of this file over here.

Spoke with support and they found the problem, it was something with switching to a newer version and then back to the old one. It's been fixed now, but thanks for the help!

my friends server wont go online i think it has something to do with switching versions from 1.19.4 back to 1.19.3 but he's to lazy to find a way to fix it pls help.
