How to use Citizen ID Expression from skRayFall?

There is no example provided on the documentation and the every time I try to provide something for the %entity% it says that it cannot understand the expression. For context, I am trying to make a command that return the id of the citizen I am looking at or just have it return the citizen id if I right click on them with a specific item.
