How do I get permission do delete Region files from my own world?

I am trying to delete certain regions so the new biomes from 1.17 can generate. But minehut says I don't have permission to do that.. but it's my own world. How can I fix this?

For now, you would have to download your world, delete the files, and then upload it back to the server. But when they release the new file manager that they are currently working on, that restriction should be removed.

Also, when I upload the world again, will the nether portal from the re-uploaded world teleport me to the same nether world? (The nether folder will be unchanged)
