My servers backup didn't work and I lost my progress

I had tried updating my server to 1.17 but it ended up making my server go back to about a year and a couple months ago, when I tried to use my backup that I had made the day before updating to 1.17 it didn't work. Me and my friends have lost all of our progress and are unable to find how to get it back.

You should make a Support Ticket at https://minehut.com/support/ by clicking on the blue Contact Support button, filling the form, and submitting it.

Note that the support team will respond to you on the email address that you used to create your Minehut account.
