Making NPCs say lines of text when left or right clicked

Hey! I'm trying to implement a system where the player can go around and left or right click on an NPC with the citizens plugin and they get sent a message with a cool tip of the server. How would I implement the entity clicking detection?

Hey! For this, you can either use SkRayFall (add on for Skript), or you can use the add on for Citizens called CitizensCMD, which is lightweight and fairly easy to use.
