Why does my server keep crashing?

Whenever I get about 5+ people on my server it decides to crash, not sure if this is a saving feature but its starting to interfere with our gameplay and we can't figure out why. I would like suggestions to help fix this problem or cause this to happen less amounts of times.

Hey! Can you download your logs when the server crashes with the command: /dl logs

 

Once you downloaded it please upload your logs here so we can have a look to check what's causing your server to crash.
