My server is hibernating all the time

Hey minehut me and my friends started a minehut server for over half a year ago. we have played on it since then and have had many memories on it. One day i was trying to log onto it but when we tried the command /join Chicoand it said that we were unable to connect to the server. i went on minehut webside to try there but when i pressed start and waited 30 seconds it was still hibernating and didnt start up. but at the side it wrote the date and the time and the time said the exact clock we started it so we dont knov whats happening. PLSS help us!! my email is

Hey there!

Have you attempted going to the DANGER ZONE and FORCE HIBERNATING or REPAIR FILES. 

 

I would also suggest double checking if you have 12 or less plugins as if you exceed the maximum amount of plugins (12) the server won't be able to start.

 

If not I would suggest attempt those 3 methods firstly if you are still having issue please contact Minehut support.

I cant go to the server settings since it isnt started up
