A player who can help make a "rank token"

I need to make a "rank token" that executes a command when used. I cant figure out which plugin to use. I am using PEX for my ranks.

Skript is a way to make a rank token.

Yeah I just recommend using skript:

on rightclick with paper:
    if name of tool of player is "&eRank Token":
        make console execute "COMMAND HERE"

command /token [<player>]:
    permission: test.sk
    permission message: insufficient perms
    trigger:
        give arg-1 paper named "&eRank Token"
  

This should work, I haven't tested it yet though. If it doesn't work please reply back in the "skripts" section.
