You can't "resolve" it. It's a Minecraft thing

Is your server running on Spigot 1.17?

Here are two of the few reasons which might be responsible for kicking you:

-> Your internet connection is weak - It often freezes for a while and all of a sudden, your client sends all data to server, and the server kicks you.

-> Your server is running on 1.17 and lags quite often - Your server freezes, and as soon as it starts processing, it processes a lot of data from your client at once and thinks that you're sending out of limit data.
