Stuck in Hibernation

Hey, My server has been stuck in hibernation for a day now. When you try to start it instead of it starting it just continues to be in hibernation and nothing can be done.

I have made 2 support tickets within 10hrs apart so please don't ask me to make one, The MineHut staff are just ignoring all their tickets.

I REALLY need to get this fixed ASAP so I can go back on my server.

The Minehut staff are not ignoring support tickets but it does take them time to review, process and respond to all the tickets that get sent in. Please be patient with them until they respond. Also don't submit multiple tickets with the same issue as it may be considered spam. 

 

The issue you're having is quite weird considering that you stated that when you start your server it just instantly goes into hibernation. There is nothing that any community member can really do in this situation as it's most likely on the minehut side of things.

I am having the same problem. My server has been stuck in hibernation in 2 days.

my server has been stuck for about 2 weeks and i have made 2 support tickets both of which got answered saying its fixed

its still stuck and im trying to just get my server reset completely now
