Help Updating/Uploading World

I wanted to download and reupload my friends' and my SMP world (I'm opped) so I could use MCA Selector to delete chunks I and my friends hadn't spent a lot of time in. The downloading part was the easiest thing. The uploading thing is not working.

The first time I uploaded it, it never showed up in the world list. I uploaded it, restarted the server, changed the level name, and when I entered the world it had generated a brand new world with none of our builds and my uploaded world wasn't on the /world list.

The second time I decided to replace the region mca files in the overworld with the new ones. I was not allowed to delete the mca files but I was allowed to delete the whole region folder and everything that was in it. But I was NOT allowed to reupload the new mca files. It kept saying cannot sanitize the file name? (just a note Minehut staff, if you don't want us to delete region files can you make it so we can't delete the region folder and everything in it? Because finding that you have deleted all your region files and can't replace them was alarming) 

The third, fourth, and fifth time I used the in game command method with file.io. It seems to work, it creates a new world in my /world list, but I cannot teleport to it. It says the world does not exist.

TL;DR: I've followed all the instructions and broken my world several times (thank heavens for backups!) but it still will not work. Do I need to have a paid server for any of this to work? Is this not working because the world is the same?

Nope, just a zipped file of my world.

You said you eventually got it to work with the upload command using file.io but when you try to teleport to it, it says the world doesn't exist. Does the world name have a space in it? Because the /world command doesn't allow you to teleport you to worlds with spaces in them. If it does, just try reuploading it without spaces and then try.

No spaces. Each time I tried it was just one word.

Yeah I Have The Same Issue Someone Please Help!

The Entire Reason I Chose Minehut Was To Be Able To Upload Worlds I Might Have To Swithch To a New Website If I Cant Fix This.
