I need help to unban myself.

Some dumb crackhead somehow managed to ban me in my own server and I used every command possible to try unban myself. I spent ages building crap in there and I get ip-banned and I can't fix it, there should be a command that I can put in that can erase the ip-ban I got because all of the commands like /pardon-ip and more doesn't work.

you are using console command, correct? (sorry for asking, just me being dumb)
if you are, don't put / because if you do, it will basically just output a command like this  
ex: //command

go to minehut.com and sign in. Go to your server console and type "pardon (username)" WITHOUT THE SLASH ( / )! As @rigs4296 said above, typing / with it will do //pardon instead of /pardon. same with pardon-ip
