Our system does not recognize special characters or spaces. Essentially, you are trying to connect to your server by typing /join DogsR Greatand the system only recognizes up to the special character: /join DogsR Please try removing the special characters and space to resolve this issue. They can always type /join <servername> when they're sent there, though, as that will automatically start up your server.
