Hi I have a newly created server on spigot 1.17 and I've been on it before so I know it works. However very frequently when I try starting it it simply says "starting" in the blue bubble and then never goes online. After about a minute "starting" goes to "stopping" and then the server is offline again. I don't know how to fix this issue.
