1.17 server

i wanted to create a server in 1.17 but i already used both my free server slots on 1.16.5, how can i delete one of them and make a new server in 1.17? I know i can't change a server version so i wanted to try and make a new server with another server's world files and set that new server in 1.17. What can i do?

You are able to change the server's version. Just change it to spigot 1.17 here, click update, then restart the server and then the server should be in 1.17.
