Internal Errors?

Hi I need some help under standing what is going on with server commands/plugin commands because when I do /worlds I get a message in chat saying "An internal error occurred while trying to preform this command." I fear that it could be preventing me from doing work on my server.

Can you send your server logs here in a pastebin.com after it shows that internal error message? There should be some errors there which could help determine what is wrong.
