It's just in the middle of the server starting up. You are probably joining too early. Make sure the server is fully online before joining. And if the server is actually crashing, get the logs after the server crashes. Not while its starting up. Are you using 1.17? The only errors I see are plugin errors for SimpleTPA and CoreProtect. They are probably broken in 1.17 and may be causing the server to not start.
