Server Won't Start Probably Due To 1.17 (Answered)

Hello,

My server started to not start. It says starting and then offline and it won't go online. This started to happen right after I changed it from paper 1.16.5 to spigot 1.17. I have a backup like Minehut recommended. I attempted to load the backup but it just continued to not start and I have no idea why.

Did you get those logs after the server crashed? Cause the logs do show some errors but doesn't show it crashing. Just stops before loading the end world.

If its going from starting to offline, check your server logs to see what it says there. They can help determine what is causing it to crash. If you don't understand what they mean, you can send them here in a pastebin.com and I can take a look at them.

Hello, I'm extremely sorry for wasting your time because before it just randomly kept crashing but now it just loaded completely fine and I only loaded the server up quickly yesterday to get the log before the server fully crashed and never fully checked if it was online but now it's fixed.

I still have no idea what kept it from crashing but now it's running fine on 1.17. I just have to assume that minehut was down even though nothing was mentioned about it being down.
