Server Won't Start When Changed to 1.17 and Back to 1.16.5?

I am having some major difficulties starting my server. I had done exactly what Minehut said to do to make your server 1.16 again. Resetting and adding a backup that was saved of the made in 1.16.5 incase the plugins were out of date. Of course, there were many plugins out of date. I attempted changing it back to 1.16 but I keep getting an error message before starting it and my server won't stop going offline. Please tell me a way to fix this and regain my server world. I'm begging for help.

This happens because the server tries to load 1.17 chunks while on 1.16.5 and it can't. The only way to fix this is either resetting the world or setting the server's version back to 1.17.

Oh, I think I finally fixed it! Thanks!! I just have to wait for plugins to update to 1.17 for the server to work again.
