Help server not working

im trying to start up my server again, and it says maximum server limit reached. And even if I do have too much servers, first of all, this has nothing to do with my server starting up, and second of all, I cant even deleted if I have too many. pls help

The servers are currently having some issues so they reduced the amount of servers that can start for now. Just wait and try again later.
