Help i can't do anything on my server dashboard or in the main minehut server

When i get my server out of hibernation it goes to offline and when i try to do stuff it just says "An unknown error occurred" i even tried to reset the server entirely it still had the same message and when i try to force it into hibernation it doesn't show the message but it doesn't work, please someone help.
