I didn't want to spam the plugin forum with all my plugin requests so here you go

Dupe Fixes / Illegal Stack Remover: It was already available, sorry

- This plugin is a MUST HAVE for survival servers, it fixes a lot of serious exploits that even paper doesn't fix.

DragonSlayer:

- This plugin is useful for survival servers. It allows everyone to have a chance on killing the dragon (without using ender crystals) and getting the egg even if you joined late in the game (also it gives you a cool DragonSlayer suffix/prefix) 

ColoredAnvils:

- This plugin is AMAZING! It's the perfect VIP feature you would add to your server (it hasn't been updated for a long time but it still works (I tested it myself on the latest version of paper)

ActionBarHealth:

https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/action-bar-health.2661/

- Mob health bar on the action bar, cool and simple

 

Edit: Bonus plugin:

ProjectileKnockback:

- Projectile knockback will now affect players! (snowballs, eggs, enderpearls, etc)
Last version is 1.13 but it still works in 1.14.4 (tested it myself)
