So, someone on my friends server made a command looping command block with /kill @e. Is there a way to make it stop? I am not the owner of the server. But I am OP. Could someone help?

You need to tell the owner to go disable command blocks in the settings tab on the panel, click save, and restart the server. Then go break the command block.

If you have autorespawn and a chat bot you should be able to delete it or unload it
