Could not connect to a default or fallback server error

Now I don't know why but suddenly when I join my server it says exactly : Could not connect to a default or fallback server , please try again later : io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException
It is only on my server because when I join any other server it work

What was the last thing you did before this started happening?

Logs are very useful to find out what is going wrong. Start your server, and join as normal. If you get the message again, paste your latest logs to https://pastebin.com/, save the paste and share the link here
