Can't upload custom map due to error: Invalid Files!

I have been trying to upload a map to a server I created yesterday. The map is a large city map: Greenfield V 0.5.3. I've tried this tutorial multiple times (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeJ71A3-6pg) only for it to say invalid files instead of success. The file is zipped with files such as dim1 and 2 right inside. 

I also have a feeling the file is too big.... 590mb. any way I could compress it?

Any suggestions?

Ya there is an upload limit of 50mb through the panel and a limit of 500mb with the command method. You can try looking at this CFAQ to see how you could reduce the size of the world.
