0 _Tarna_ Posted May 5, 2021 Share Posted May 5, 2021 Try checking the whitelist.json file in the file manager and see if the user's name is there and their uuid is correct. You can check to see if their uuid is correct by going to a site such as namemc.com. I've seen issues where it puts the wrong uuid in which makes the server think the user isn't whitelisted. Also make sure you don't have any plugins that may be interfering with the whitelist too.
