How I Use Dimensions (Custom Portals) Plugin ;-; Im so confused

Think its done through some sort of config file since they have a portal maker website in which you can design a custom portal through the site and it will give you the contents of what should go in the file for the portal.

If I were You, I'd use Multiverse Portals. Much easier and more clear.
