My server keeps undoing everything I have done when I restart it

Every time I restart my server everything that I have done before the restart get's undone, I created a ticket on Minehut for support and someone responded, but the problem was that they said that holographic displays and Skript were causing this problem. I am asking for more support because I really don't want to remove Skript from my server because my entire server revolves and is made with skript and a few other plugins

If the staff that responded to your ticket said this, I think you should follow the advice.

Do you know why specifically they said that skript and holographic displays causes this issue? Like maybe the plugins are bugged or something.

I suggest maybe copying your config.yml file for the 2 plugins, and also saving your skripts in a folder on your computer so that removing the plugins and re-adding them won't be too big of an issue and would speed things up. I don't know the exact advise they gave so I can't be of much help, but perhaps this might be a solution.

In the end, you should 100% listen to what the staff that responded to your ticket say as they can understand the solution best and they know how to fix the said solution the best.

I tried doing what the staff told me to do but it still hasn't fixed itself, I am really annoyed by this because a few days ago I also spent all my credits to upgrade the server that has this specific problem and it's already been 3 days since I used all of my credits. If any staff or anyone else can tell me what to do it would really help (By the way the problem is for my whole server not just one world).
