How do i cancel my credits subscription without paypal?

I want to cancel my credits subscription but i looked in help and 2 people i found had posted about this but all the comments said do it through paypal. the problem with that is that i didn't use paypal. how do i cancel it?

If you aren't sure you should probably say to contact staff, or not say anything at all..

As for this, I looked through Minehut FAQ and some other posts that members made but there doesn't seem to be any way to manually cancel if you aren't using paypal (there probably is, I just am not aware of it). I would suggest making a support ticket here and also maybe dm'ing a high-ranked staff member on the forums or the discord about it to help get this issue sorted faster. Hope this helps!

I've never done this myself but Jamie, a person who works at SLG, said it is cancelled from the shop page now.

I think if you check your mail you can cancel it there
