I've deleted unnecessary files, removed things in Skript that may be making it lag, and even tried the 'Repair Core Files' option. This makes it very easy to solve your problem. According to the logs, your server failed to start up because of an invalid/corrupted JSON file, mostly version_history.json. One more possibility might be that your world is corrupted, or you have other invalid files. But, try deleting this file from your File Manager, and let us know if it works.
