How to get rid of [] in front of name?

I am using PermissionsEX and I am currently setting up my ranks. When I first loaded up the server and tested the chat, these stupid brackets were in front of everything I said, no matter what I did:

What specific command should I do to get rid of this?
I have the following plugins installed:

PermissionsEX

Essentials Warp GUI

Essentials

Essentials Chat

Essentials Spawn

Essentials Protect

Multiverse

Vault

If you go to edit Multiverses config you should find an option called chatprefix or something like that, simply get rid of [%world%] and leave it as %chat%

In your multiverse config there should be an option for "showprefix" or something similar to that and just set it to false.

Otherwise you can do
