Server wont start tried all advice from support

Ive been trying to start my server for a day now and it still wont launch and i need help getting it to work

You can try using the Repair files button in the Danger zone tab, if that doesn't help you can check the logs to see what is holding it from starting. If you need us to help find out what the logs say, you can paste the logs on https://pastebin.com/ -> Click Create paste (bottom of the page) and send the link you see in the URL bar

Your server throws a JSON error when starting. You can try deleting all files ending with .json in the File manager, and make sure all your settings in the Settings tab are set correctly. If you're not sure about the settings tab, you can send screenshots of that

Remove "flat" from generator settings and it should be fixed

Select Flat on the multiple-choice world type setting, and click Reset world in the world tab

But don't just type flat in the generator settings, that's not how that setting is used and will throw an error
