How to limit ops' commands

You can restrict certain commands for some people, for both groupmanager and pex it's the same as giving them the permission but you simply put a "-" before the permission node. For example: /pex user PyroDellz add -essentials.fly  which would make it so even if I had access to all other commands, I wouldn't have access to /fly. This might not work for ops though, what you could do is just give them the "*" permission (/pex user PyroDellz add * or /manuaddp PyroDellz *) which would give the user access to all commands, then from there you can define which ones you specifically don't want them to have.
