Redstone Clock Not Working

Hey, I have a problem. I have a gunpowder farm and occasionally it seems as though the redstone clock stops. I assume this is because the chunk de-renders (i don't know the word) and it glitches. Would i have to /forceload? Are there any other fixes?

Maybe You have, antiredstoneclock (I do not remeber the name correctly i think ) plugin. Send plugins list
