Plugin request (reviving) (Nokaut (knockout) 1.9.3)

Me and my friends would like to do some pvp matches/mini games without loosing our level. It would be really cool to be able to use this plugin on our server.

When a player is about to die, a body shows up and has a knockout, this lasts as long as stated in the confirmation, after which the player dies unless someone is holding a "shift" next to the body, the player stands up and can continue playing.

To pick up a player, right-click on him when he is lying down. To put a player back down, right click over you.
