Clearing inventories

Hi! So i need some help. I dont know how to do like that everyones enderchest + inventores get wiped even if they are offline but that it doesnt wipe their rank i tried deleting usercache.json but nothing happened what do i do?

Inventories and enderchests are stored in the playerdata files (formatted <uuid>.dat), you can find them in the default world's folder under "playerdata"

I tried to delete the folder and make it aigan but it didnt wipe my inventory or something it just puts back in my UUID
